The ChipBurner-Gang 8 is the ideal solution to bring your
costly outsourcing of volume programming in house to
meet today's bottom line. The ChipBurner-16 allows you to
program up to sixteen devices at one time. The capability
to produce hundreds of devices in an hour makes it a truly
production oriented system at an affordable price.
Outsourcing volume programming is no longer cost-
justifiable and with the ChipBurner-16 there are no setup
fees and turnaround time is immediate to meet your needs
and schedules. Serialization and unique label IDs for each
device being programmed is supported. The ChipBurner-
Gang 8 features gang and set support for virtually any
EPROM, EEPROM, FLASH, or PICmicro
®
microcontroller
in any package with an unparalleled high- speed data
download of 230.4 Kbytes per second.
Two low-cost ChipBurner-Gang 8 models are available to
fit your programming needs and budget: the ChipBurner-
S8 (Stand-alone) and the ChipBurner-R8 (Remote). The
advanced features of the ChipBurner-S8 for full volume
production not only operates when attached to a PC host,
but can also be equally operated as a fully self-contained
engineering or production desktop workstation. The
ChipBurner-S8 contains its own CPU and is, therefore,
completely portable. Its stand-alone capability allows
simple one-key-programming operation from a 30-key
integrated keyboard and a large 40-character Liquid
Crystal Display (LCD). The ChipBurner-R8 Remote model
is strictly PC-driven keeping your entry costs at a
minimum.
