"Global Users" Screen - Right-Click Menu
Right-click in the "User List" area of the Global Users Screen opens a right-click menu; each item is detailed below. To select
multiple Users, press and hold the CTRL keyboard key, click the right arrow ("►") located to the left of the User Name. Single-click the right
arrow ("►") to select only one User.

Highlight a name or names
(or an empty slot) and right-
click to open the menu shown
at right.
Generate Selected New Codes - Random User Codes may be
generated for one or many Users. (Note: To avoid User Number
conflicts, it is recommended to first assign specific User Codes to
Users before selecting random User Code generation). A Code
Length popup dialog will appear (see below); click to select the
number of digits each generated User Code will contain.
Generate All New Codes - See above "Generate Selected New
Codes". Generate random User Codes for ALL users listed in the
Global Users Screen. A Code Length popup dialog will appear
(see below); click to select the number of digits each generated
User Code will contain.
Delete Selected Codes - Click to
remove the User Code from the
selected User(s); all other data
will remain unchanged. A confir-
mation popup appears; click Yes
to clear the User Code, click No to retain the User Code with-
out making changes.
Delete All Codes - See above "Delete Selected Codes". Click
to clear ALL User Codes from ALL Users listed in the Global
Users Screen.
Delete Selected Prox Cards - Click to clear the existing proximity
data from the selected User(s); all other data will remain un-
changed. A confirmation popup appears; click Yes to clear the
User Code, click No to retain the User Code without making
changes.
Delete All Prox Cards - See above "Delete Selected Prox
Cards". Click to clear ALL existing proximity data (where
used) from ALL Users listed in the Global Users Screen.
Delete Selected Users - Click to remove selected User(s) from
the Global Users Screen, and therefore the selected Account.
A confirmation popup appears; click Yes to remove the User
(s), click No to retain the User(s) without making changes.
Add Selected Users to All Locks - Click to add the selected
User(s) to all existing locks shown in the Locks Listed by
LockID area of the Global Users Screen.
Add Selected Users to a Lock - Click to add the selected
(highlighted) User to one of the locks in the Account. After a
confirmation popup appears, the Select Door Number dialog
appears (shown below); select the lock in the pull-down list
(arrow).
Remove Selected Users from All Locks - Click to delete the
selected User from all locks in the Account. A confirmation
popup appears; click Yes to remove the User, click No to re-
tain the User without making changes. Clears all boxes (turns
all boxes white) in the Locks Listed by LockID area of the
Global Users Screen.
Remove Selected Users from a Lock - See above "Remove
Selected Users from All Locks". Click to delete the selected
(highlighted) User from a single lock in the Account. After a
confirmation popup appears, the Select Door Number dialog
appears (shown above); select the lock in the pull-down list
(arrow).
Add User to Admin Screen - Click to add the highlighted User to
an open slot in the Administrative Users screen. The Select
Admin User Position screen opens (see below); from the
pull-down list, click the slot ("User Location") to select, then
click OK to add the User, click Cancel to exit without saving.

information regarding the wireless Networx

system, its sup-
ported locks and features, including "Emergency Commands".
Add a Block of Empty Slots to List - If all slots in the Global
User Screen are filled and you wish to add more Users, click
this menu item to add a specified number of additional empty
User Locations to the Global Users Screen (User List area).
The Add Blank Users dialog opens (see below); type a num-
ber into the bottom field (the range will be specified in the dia-
log) and clock OK to add the slots or click Cancel to exit with-
out adding slots.
