Determining Programmer Software Version
When speaking to a Data Critical representative, it may be necessary to
refer to your programmer software version to troubleshoot problems. To
obtain this information:
1. Turn on the programmer.
2. Tap the About button (About screen reads AlarmView Wireless
Data Notification System at the top of screen). The About screen
will display:
