after communication
has been established
between transmitter
and monitor.
The pager is
incorrectly assigned
to the transmitter.
The pager's battery is
too low or depleted.
The pager is not
turned on.
Pager defective.

Defective.
Follow procedure to
select bed and/or pager
numbers, ensure that
the correct pager is
selected.
Replace pager's
battery.
Turn on pager.
Contact Data Critical
Corp. regarding repair
and/or replacement of
transmitter or pager.
Pages are
occasionally not
received at the pager
or the received pages
are "garbled".
The pager's battery is
too low or depleted.
The pager is not
turned on.
The pager is out of
the tramsmitter's
range, i.e. outside the
system boundaries.
Pager defective.
Replace pager's
battery.
Turn on pager.
Ensure that all user's
are aware of the
boundaries of the
system.
Perform a range test to
define the boundaries
of the system.

and/or replacement of
pager.
