Our support professionals are ready to help you with operations and clinical applica-
tion questions, parts replacement requests, supplies, technical and clinical training, or
product service emergencies. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Customers with GE Medical Systems Information Technologies products under war-
ranty, or with a current service agreement, receive 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week
support at no additional charge.
Customers with GE Medical Systems Information Technologies products without a
warranty, or without a current service agreement, receive support at no additional
charge, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, excluding holidays. After
hours will be billed at current rates.

• product name and serial number
• software version
• configuration information
• problem description
• your hospital’s address and telephone number
