Apply in temperatures above 40°F.
Not for continuous underwater use.
Do not use on freshly painted surfaces. Product may peel or damage wallpaper, uncured or degraded
coatings.
Do not use on insulating panels or plastic materials which can be damaged by solvents.
New metal and solvent resistant oily surfaces must be washed with acetone and dried.
For unusual substrates, perform a test for adhesion prior to use.
For gaps deeper than ¼”, use foam backer rod.
The sealant should come into contact with each of the surfaces on a width of at least 1/8”.
If applied indoors, the area must be ventilated during application and drying time.
Store below 80°F in dry place for optimal shelf life.
Surface Preparation
Surface must be clean, dry, structurally sound and free of all old caulk, dirt, dust, & foreign material.
Product Application
1. Cut nozzle at a 45° angle to desired bead size.
2. Puncture inner foil seal.
3. Load into caulk gun.
4. Fill gap or crack with sealant.
5. Do not shape or tool the bead.
6. Clean up excess wet sealant from surface and tools with mineral spirits. Scrape or cut away excess
dried sealant. Do not use mineral spirits to clean hands or skin. Wash hands or skin with soap and
water.
7. Reseal cartridge for storage and reuse.
8. To remove bead when fully dry, peel sealant bead away from the application surface. Product left in
place for more than one year may be more difficult to remove. Product may peel or damage wallpaper,
uncured or degraded coatings and similarly weak and/or degraded surface materials.
DO NOT SEAL FIRE EXITS. CONSULT LOCAL FIRE OR CODE OFFICIAL WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT
FIRE EXITS.
THIS PRODUCT HAS A VERY STRONG ODOR. ENSURE PROPER VENTILATION IS USED WHEN
PRODUCT IS APPLIED AND CURING.
