IMPORTANT NOTE: Prior to performing the following installation, retract the delta ring
and remove the original plastic handguards. Do not remove anything else.
TOOLS NEEDED FOR INSTALLATION:
• Flat-tip screwdriver
• Allen wrench (supplied)

Failure to unload the rearm may lead to serious injury or death! // Place the weapon on safe. // Remove the magazine and cycle the bolt to remove any round
from the upper receiver or chamber. // Visually inspect the chamber to make sure it is empty before proceeding with this installation procedure. // Be aware that
you are solely responsible for your actions and for your own safety as well as the safety of those around you.
1. INSTALL LOWER RAIL SECTION
Retract the delta ring again and install the lower rail section of the Omega Rail around the barrel nut
as you would if you were re-installing the plastic handguards.
3. SCREW RAIL SECTIONS TOGETHER
Using the lower rail attachment screws provided with the Omega Rail, secure the lower rail to the upper rail.
The 7.0 and 9.0 models have a total of four screws.
4. TIGHTEN THE RAIL
Using the allen key provided, tighten the set screws against the barrel nut until you feel tension. There is no
need to overtighten. Tighten the two upper rail set screws rst. This will cause the rail to tilt slightly. Then
tighten the two lower rail set screws. This will bring the rail back into alignment with the upper receiver.
NOTE: You can easily adjust the pitch of the rail by altering the pattern in which you tighten
the set screws.
2. INSTALL UPPER RAIL SECTION
Retract the delta ring once more and install the upper rail section of the Omega Rail around the barrel nut as
you would if you were re-installing the plastic handguards. Squeeze both the upper and lower Omega
Rail sections together and rotate the Omega Rail assembly as needed to make sure that the top
rail is aligned with the upper receiver.
