WebAccess and its modules

for ECL Comfort 200 / 300

Application The WebAccess kit enables:

• Remote monitoring and control via Internet /

Intranet

• Configurable alarm settings and notification

of external recipients via e-mail / SMS.

• Data logging of sensor and reference

temperatures

The communication between the WebAccess

unit and the ECL Comfort controller is based on

the LonWorks® protocol.

The WebAccess unit with its remote control

and data log provides an easy access to the

ECL Comfort 200 / 300 controller by means of a

standard Internet browser.

It is possible to connect up to 4 ECL Comfort

controllers to each WebAccess unit. It is also

possible to connect up to 10 additional modules

such as heat meters via LON as well as water and

electrical meters with pulse output.

The WebAccess unit can be used for the ECL

Cards P16, C14, C30, C37, C55, C62, C66, C75, F11,

F66, and L10 in the ECL Comfort 200 / 300 series.

Operating principles The WebAccess unit is a web server for the ECL

Comfort 200 / 300 series.

By inserting the ECA 82 LON module in the ECL

Comfort 200 / 300 controller and connecting this

to the WebAccess unit, it is possible to monitor,

to log data and to control the ECL Comfort 200 /

300 controller.

All logged data are stored in the WebAccess unit.

All LON nodes / components are set up by means

of Plug and Play. No extra LON setup tools are

required.

No dedicated software is needed on the client’s

PC.
