(BRAKE IGBT FAULT) [2]
The brake IGBT has short-circuited. This fault means
that the unit is not able to stop the brake and that,
consequently, the resistor is constant being energized.
WARNING/ALARM: 44
Encoder loss (ENCODER FAULT)
The encoder signal is interrupted from terminal
32 or 33. Check the connections.
LEDs on encoder board:
When all LEDs are ON the connection to encoder
and encoder condition are OK.
LED 403 OFF: 5 V supply missing
LED 400 OFF: Channel A or inv. A missing
or shortcircuited
LED 401 OFF: Channel B or inv. B missing
or shortcircuited
LED 402 OFF: Channel Z or inv. Z missing
or shortcircuited.
ALARM 48:
Tracking fault
The following events can generate Alarm 48:
Parameter 361 set too low: Extend the range
Wrong encoder direction: Motor goes one way,
the encoder goes the other way
Running in torque limit: Insufficient torque to follow
the ramp, hitting an obstruction, etc.
Bad PID settings: Oscillations can produce
large errors. Readjust the PID control
