Incorrect positioning of the outdoor unit risks reduction of performance.

Keep the outdoor unit and its immediate area free of snow, ice, leaves etc.

Remember that the outdoor unit must have a certain amount of space in order to function and for servicing.
Otherwise there is a risk that the air will recirculate from exhaust to intake. Avoid this by following the dimen-
sions given below.

3.4.4 Unpacking
The outdoor unit is packed and delivered in a crate.
1. Unpack the unit from the crate.
2. Check that the delivery contains the following:

Outdoor unit
▪
Expansion vessel kit:
▪
Safety valve
▪
Manometer
▪
Expansion vessel
▪
Rubber hoses (2 pieces)
▪
Pipe insulation (2 pieces)
3.4.5 Lifting instructions
To lift the outdoor unit into position, unscrew the side plates by slackening off the screws (1).
Then use the side members behind the side panels to lift and position the unit.
