3 Checking piping and electrical installation
3.1 Checking piping installation
During transportation and installation there is a risk that the heat pump may be damaged and components may move or become bent,
and this can cause abnormal noise. It is therefore important to check that the heat pump is free from defects after installation and before
commissioning.
Before filling the heating system, check the pipe installation according to the checklist below.

Is the dirt strainer fitted on the return pipe? See image below.
Is an expansion tank fitted?
Is a valve pipe with safety valve and manometer fitted?
Is a filler cock with non-return valve for the heating system fitted?

Before turning on electrical power, check the electrical installation according to the checklist below.
