Instructions
Tools Required: None
1. Refer to figure 1. Unless specified, pull up on the existing Pop-up Stopper (A) in sink.
If stopper lifts out, skip to Step 4. If not, move to next step.
2. Underneath sink, unscrew the Nut (B) that secures Ball Rod (C) in Drain Body (D).
Note: There might be washers inside the Nut. Save for re-use.
3. Slide Ball Rod (C) out until Pop-up Stopper (A) will lift out of the sink.
4. Place new Pop-up Stopper (A) into the Drain Body (D), Tab (E) facing Ball Rod (C).
Insert Ball Rod (C) into the Drain Body (D) through any one of the I-IV openings (shown
in figure 2) in the tab (E) to lock in the pop-up Stopper. If necessary, the ball rod can
also be placed in the location V below the tab (E) as show in figure 2. If none of the
locations I-V on the Tab (E) aligns with ball rod, lift out the pop up stopper and rotate
it 90 degrees and place it back inside to see if the location VI can be used as shown
in figure 3.
5. Screw the Nut (B) along with any washers if present. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
6. Check if the Pop-up stopper is functioning properly using lift rod (F).

1. Consulta la figura 1. A menos que se indique lo contrario, hala hacia arriba el tapón
emergente (A) existente del lavamanos. Si el tapón sale, procede al paso 4. Si no, continúa
con el siguiente paso.
2. Por debajo del lavamanos, desenrosca la tuerca (B) que sujeta la varilla de bola (C) en el
cuerpo del desagüe (D).
Nota: Es posible que haya arandelas dentro de la tuerca. Guárdalos para volver
a usarlas.
3. Desliza la varilla de bola (C) hacia afuera hasta sacar del lavamos el tapón emergente (A).
4. Coloca el nuevo tapón emergente (A) en el cuerpo del desagüe (D), con la lengüeta (E)
enfrentada con la varilla de bola (C). Inserta la varilla de bola (C) dentro del cuerpo del
desagüe (D) a través de cualquiera de las aberturas I-IV (que se muestran en la figura 2) en
la lengüeta (E) para trabar el tapón emergente. Si es necesario, la varilla de bola también
se puede colocar en la ubicación V debajo de la lengüeta (E) como se muestra en la
Figura 2. Si ninguna de las ubicaciones I-V en la lengüeta (E) se alinea con la varilla de
bola, extrae el tapón emergente, gíralo 90 grados y vuelve a colocarlo para ver si se puede
usar la ubicación VI como se muestra en la figura 3.
5. Enrosca la tuerca (B) junto con las arandelas si las hubiere. NO APRETAR DEMASIADO .
6. Comprueba que el tapón emergente esté funcionando correctamente con una varilla de
elevación (F).
