INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Remove exterior and interior packagings, wipe the outside thoroughly with a soft dry cloth and the inside with a wet, lukewarm cloth. Avoid placing the unit in a narrow recess or near any heat source, direct sunlight, or moisture. Let air circulate freely around the unit. Keep the rear of the refrigerator 2 inches away from the wall. CHOOSING THE RIGHT LOCATION BULB REPLACEMENT 1) Select a place with a strong, level floor. • Unplug the AC power cord from the wall.

After 24 to 48 hours, adjust the temperature control to the setting that best suits your needs.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS INTERIOR LIGHT When you open the door the light will be ON automatically. When you close the door the light will turn OFF automatically. DEFROSTING YOUR APPLIANCE • • When? For the most efficient operation and minimum energy consumption, defrost the freezer compartment when the frost on the appliance walls is excessive or ¼ inch thick. There is no need to defrost the refrigerator compartment, because ice depositing on the inner back wall is defrosted automatically.
DOOR REVERSAL INSTRUCTIONS • If you find the direction of opening the door on your appliance inconvenient, you can change it. Holes on the opposite side have already been prepared in the factory. 1 Tilt the unit slightly towards the rear and prop it securely. Two people are required to tilt the unit during the door reversal process. 2 On the top of the unit, remove the 4 screw covers, then undo the screws underneath. 3 Lift the top cover away from the fridge. unscrew 4 Remove the three screws.
DOOR REVERSAL INSTRUCTIONS 9 Unscrew and remove the bottom hinge pin. Turn the bracket over and replace the hinge pin. Screw Unscrew 10 Re-attach the bottom hinge bracket on the left side. Re-attach both adjustable feet. Re-attach the lower door in the proper position, by fitting it on the hinge. Screw 11 Rotate the middle hinge by 180° and line it up on the left side in the appropriate position. Place the middle hinge pin into the upper hole of the lower door, and then tighten the bolts.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE CLEANING THE APPLIANCE • • Turn the temperature control to "0", unplug the unit, and remove the food and baskets. Wash the inside with a warm water and baking soda solution. The solution should be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water. Wash the baskets with a mild detergent solution. The outside of the unit should be cleaned with mild detergent and warm water. • • CAUTION: Failure to unplug the refrigerator-freezer could result in electrical shock or personal injury.
TROUBLESHOOTING Occasionally, a problem is minor and a service call may not be necessary - use this troubleshooting guide for a possible solution. SOINS ET ENTRETIEN NETTOYAGE DE L'APPAREIL • • Tournez le thermostat à « 0 », débranchez l'appareil et retirez les accessoires intérieurs. Lavez l'intérieur au bicarbonate de soude dilué dans de l'eau chaude. La solution doit contenir 2 cuillerées à soupe de bicarbonate de soude pour un litre d'eau.
