6 SFD CRC error(s) In SFD Span mode, this indicates that there was
more then one CRC error over 256 transfers. If not
in SFD Span mode, any CRC error will fault.
7 SFD Motor Data timeout SFD configuration did not complete within 49.2
milliseconds.
8 Drive over temperature The drive has an over temperature fault
