the machine. We advise you not to use powder agents in the internal tank because
of deposit.
The waterconnection between tap and cleaner is made by connecting the GEKA
coupling (fig. 1;W) and opening the tap. Open the watersupply tap (and maincock)
widely, so that the cleaner gets sufficient water.
Connect high pressure hose with gun by means of quickcouplings to the cleaner
(fig. 1;H). If necessary connect a brush to the gun. If the apparatus has not been
used for a long period of time, you are advised to take the nozzle out of the gun,
and to have the apparatus flushed with clean water for some time.
Check wether the on/off switch (fig. 1;217) is off. Make electric connection by
putting the plug (fig. 4;231) into a socket with marginal earth.
Now switch on the machine. By squeezing the trigger of the spouting gun you will
get a waterbeam. On the pressure gauge (fig. 1;174) you can read the pressure of
the water. You can change the pressure by turning the pressure regulator (fig.
1;173). Of course, never higher than 150 bars/psi. Left for lower pressure, right for
higher. When you stop spraying, the machine keeps on running.
If hot or luke-warm water is preferred, put thermostat (fig. 1;218) on the desired
temperature. Then the burner (fig. 3;134) starts operating and does so till the
wanted temperature is reached. If the temperature drops, the burner starts again.
To use soap during washing, with both hot or cold water, open dosaging cock (fig.
1;163). Soap is now sucked in by the pump. After a short period of time, the water
and soap mix will spray out of the spouting gun. After the dosaging cock is closed,
it takes a while before all detergent has left the machine. Wait until clean water
comes out before you stop the machine.
4.1 AFTER WORKING
Before the machine may be stopped, remember to:
¾ close detergent dosaging cock and wait until clean water comes out.
¾ let cold water run through the machine a while.
¾ when danger of freezing, let antifreeze into the machine.
Now the high pressure cleaner can be stopped.
Remember to close watersupply before you take off the watersupply-hose. Before
you can take off the high pressure hose, first you have to release pressure from
the hose by pulling the trigger of the spouting gun. Pressure now escapes and
couplings can be loosened very easily. Do not place spouting gun with its top on
the floor. The nozzle can get damaged or dirt can get in.
