Filters
CMOS cameras are responsive to infrared (IR) wavelengths of light. Infrared light can be problematic
with halogen light sources but is not an issue with white LED sources. When infrared light is present with
this camera color fidelity is reduced. To prevent infrared from d istorting the images you scan, use an IR
cut off filter such as a BG-38 on the lens.
