DALI KATCH SERVICE MANUAL REPLACEMENT OF GRILLE CAUTION: Do not scratch the aluminium frame and plastic grille - Use pry tool.
REPLACEMENT OF GRILLE 1 2 3 Place the DALI KATCH with the grille side down on a soft surface. Pull and tilt the two rubber feet down. Place the pry tool in between the grille and the housing.
REPLACEMENT OF GRILLE 4-5 6 7 Move the pry tool downwards to apply pressure upwards on the grille and a snap lock will now loosen. Place the pry tool in the opening between the grille and the housing and gently move it towards next snap lock. Continue to loosen all 10 snap locks. Repeat step 3 and 4 on the other rubber foot highlighted in step 2. Move the pry tool downwards to loosen the snap lock.
REPLACEMENT OF GRILLE 8 9 10 The loose grille can now be removed. Place the new grille and press on each of the 10 snap locks. Make sure all locks are tightly snapped. Push the two rubber feet back into place.
