pattern.Inspectyour
lensesfrequently.Chippedorscratchedsurfaceswillreduceprotection.Suchlensesshouldbereplacedonlybythe
manufacturer.
4. Powertocamerasisnotinterruptedbyturningoffmonitor;12vpowersourcemustbeterminatedwhennotinusetoavoid
batterydrain.Toavoidthisproblem
besurewhenhardwiringaunit,useafusedcircuit.
5. DonotuseyourAgCam®camerasystemforanythingotherthanlegalsurveillanceandobservationuses.DakotaMicro,Inc.
isnotliableforanyillegalornefarioususage.

PRODUCTWARRANTY/REPAIRPROCESS

2. Technicianwillassistintroubleshootingproductmalfunction.
3. Ifproductmalfunctioncannotberemediedandarepairisdeemednecessary,TechnicianwillissueaRepairAuthorization
(RA)number.
IMPORTANTNOTE:
TheTechnicianwillnoteontheRAformiftherepairAPPEARStobeawarrantyornon‐warranty
issuebasedoncustomerdescription
oftheissuesathand.Nofinaldeterminationcanbemadeuntilinspectionandtestingoftheequipmentiscompletedatthefactory.
4. Toensurefastandeffectiverepairs,customerisrequiredtosend:
DakotaMicroProductthatTechnicianhasrequested/deemednecessaryin
theproperdiagnosisandrepairof
malfunction.Thismayincludesomeorallcomponentsofthekit.
Original/Copyofpurchasereceipt.
ForserializeditemsONLY;Ifacopyoftheoriginalpurchasereceiptcannotbeprovided,thenDAKOTAMICROwilluse
theproductmanufacturedate.
Customerinformation,including

6. UponreceiptandevaluationofproductatDakotaMicroFactory,itwillbeestablishediftherepairiswarrantyornon‐
warranty.Ifrequested,
customerwillbecalledandnotifiedofanyapplicablecharges.
7. Iftherepairsaredeemednon‐warranty,andrequireaservice/repairfeeofanykind,acreditcardnumberwillberequested
byOrderProcessingaftertherepairiscompleted.
8. Ifcustomerisunabletobecontactedoverthe
courseof3weeksregardingrequirednon‐warrantyrepairs,productwillbe
returned,unrepaired,tothecustomer.
9. Anyproductreturnedwithoutproperdocumentationmaybereturnedatcustomer’sexpense.
10. Productreturnedwithunconfirmedproblemswillbeassesseda$60evaluationfeeperunit
11. Returnshippingcostswill
bebornebythepartyatfault;inotherwords,ifDakotaMicrodeterminesthatthedefective
productwascoveredunderwarranty,DakotaMicropaystheshippingcharges.IfDakotaMicrodeterminesthatitwasthe
customersfault,thecustomerwillpayshippingcharges.Ifaparticularcircumstancecannotbedetermined
thanthecostof
shippingchargeswillbedecidedonadiscretionarybasisdependingonthesituationathand.
