shownostress
pattern.Inspectyourlensesfrequently.Chippedorscratchedsurfaceswillreduce
protection.Suchlensesshouldbereplacedonlybythemanufacturer.
4. Powertocamerasisnotinterruptedbyturningoffmonitor;12vpowersourcemustbeterminatedwhen
notinusetoavoidbatterydrain.Toavoidthisproblem
besurewhenhardwiringaunit,useafused
circuit.
5. DonotuseyourAgCam®camerasystemforanythingotherthanlegalsurveillanceandobservationuses.

3. Ifproductmalfunctioncannotberemediedandarepairisdeemednecessary,TechnicianwillissueaRepair
Authorization(RA)number.
IMPORTANTNOTE:
TheTechnicianwillnoteontheRA
formiftherepairAPPEARStobeawarrantyornonwarrantyissuebasedon
customerdescriptionoftheissuesathand.Nofinaldeterminationcanbemadeuntilinspectionandtestingofthe
equipmentiscompletedatthefactory.
4. Toensurefastandeffectiverepairs,customerisrequired
tosend:
DakotaMicroProductthatTechnicianhasrequested/deemednecessaryintheproperdiagnosisand
repairofmalfunction.Thismayincludesomeorallcomponentsofthekit.
Original/Copyofpurchasereceipt.
ForserializeditemsONLY;Ifacopyoftheoriginalpurchasereceiptcannotbeprovided,then
DAKOTA
MICROwillusetheproductmanufacturedate.
Customerinformation,includingreturnstreetaddresses(NOPOBoxes)&phonenumber.Ifthe
phonenumberisnotincluded,thecustomerwillbesentaletterrequestingtheneededinformation.

6. UponreceiptandevaluationofproductatDakotaMicroFactory,itwill
beestablishediftherepairis
warrantyornonwarranty.Ifrequested,customerwillbecalledandnotifiedofanyapplicablecharges.
7. Iftherepairsaredeemednonwarranty,andrequireaservice/repairfeeofanykind,acreditcardnumber
willberequestedbyOrderProcessingaftertherepair
iscompleted.
8. Ifcustomerisunabletobecontactedoverthecourseof3weeksregardingrequirednonwarrantyrepairs,
productwillbereturned,unrepaired,tothecustomer.
9. Anyproductreturnedwithoutproperdocumentationmaybereturnedatcustomer’sexpense.
10. Productreturnedwithunconfirmedproblemswillbe
assesseda$60evaluationfeeperunit
11. Returnshippingcostswillbebornebythepartyatfault;inotherwords,ifDakotaMicrodeterminesthat
thedefectiveproductwascoveredunderwarranty,DakotaMicropaystheshippingcharges.IfDakota
Microdeterminesthatitwasthecustomersfault,the
customerwillpayshippingcharges.Ifaparticular
circumstancecannotbedeterminedthanthecostofshippingchargeswillbedecidedonadiscretionary
basisdependingonthesituationathand.
