WARRANTY
All lighting products properly installed and under normal conditions of use, are guaranteed against faulty
workmanship or mechanical defect for one year from date of delivery. Responsibility is limited to repair or
replacement of defective parts only. Bulbs, whether purchased separately or included in a lamp, are not
covered under warranty unless returned within 15 days of purchase.
a) In the event the products are defective when delivered, the buyer must notify Dainolite in
writing within 48 hours of the date of delivery. If a defect occurs within the warranty period, the buyer must
notify Dainolite in writing not later than one year from the date of delivery.
b) If Dainolite inspection supports the claim that the product is defective, Dainolite’ s liability
is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product only. In no event shall Dainolite be liable for any
incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, damage to other property and
equipment, loss of profits or compensation for services.
