Troubleshooting To troubleshoot, proceed as follows:
Caution Be sure to turn off power switch before connect or disconnect connector, or parts damage may be
occurred.
Check if the capacity setting
adapter is plugged into X23A
of the indoor PCB.
Is the capacity
setting adapter plugged
into X23A of the indoor
unit PCB?
Switch the power
supply off and
back on again.
Is AJ displayed on
the remote
controller?
Plug a capacitor setting
adapter that matches the
capacity of the unit into X23A.
Replace indoor
unit PCB.

The malfunction was caused
by a missing capacity resistor.
