3.5 Fan Speed Control for Outdoor Unit
Outline The fan speed control regulates the speed of the outdoor fan.
Detail Fan control is carried out according to the following conditions.
1. Fan ON control for electric component cooling fan
2. Fan control when defrosting
3. Fan OFF delay when stopped
4. ON/OFF control when cooling operation
5. Fan control during heating operation
Cooling
The fan speed is fixed.
Heating
The fan speed is fixed.
3.6 Fin Thermistor Control
Outline This function is only applicable for inverters. The temperature sensor is located on the top of the
radiation fins connected to the power elements of the electronic inverter circuit (PAM & PWM).
