222 Removal Procedure
1.2 Removal of the Upper Panel
Procedure Warning Be sure to wait 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies
before disassembling work.
Step Procedure Points
1. Remove the service cover

Loosen the 1 screw
(black) of the service
cover.

Slide the service cover
downward to undo the
hook on the back side
(see the figure below).
3
When assembling,
catch the 2 hooks on
the far side first, and
close the cover.

There is no field setting
switch.
