5BError 9. Communication error between the DZK Interface Board and the DZK Control Board
The system loses communication with the AC unit. The system will open all the zones and deactivate
the control from the thermostats, only allowing the operation of the unit from the Daikin thermostat.
To solve this incident check:

Verify the DZK Interface Board is properly connected to the AC unit port of the DZK Control
Board.

Check the status of the LEDs of the DZK Interface Board (see section DZK Interface Board auto
diagnose).
6BError 10 - Communication error between the DZK BACnet Interface and the DZK Control Board
The system loses communication with the DZK BACnet Interface. To solve this incident check:

Verify the DZK BACnet Interface is properly connected to the AC unit port of the DZK Control
Board.

Check the status of the LEDs of the DZK BACnet Interface (see section DZK BACnet Interface auto
diagnose).
