Restart the zone and re-associate it with the system. To do this, press and hold on and
restart the start-up configuration process.
Keep in mind: To associate the thermostat, first open the association radio channel pressing the
SW1 at the DZK Control Board or from any Wired Thermostat, activating the Radio channel
parameter inside Advanced Settings, system parameter.

Restart system: If the system is restarted, this error may be displayed in the thermostats at the
beginning of the process. This message should disappear after around 30 seconds.
2BError 5 - Temperature sensor is open
The zone ceases to measure the room temperature, therefore the zone cannot generate demand.
Replace the device.
3BError 6 - Temperature sensor is short circuited
The zone ceases to measure the room temperature, therefore the zone cannot generate demand.
Replace the device.
4BError 8 (Wired Thermostat) - Wireless Lite Thermostat not found
The zone ceases to measure the room temperature of an associated Wireless Lite Thermostat, therefore
the zone cannot generate demand. Check which Wireless Lite Thermostat is not working properly. To
solve this incident check:

Power supply: Check the battery and replace it if necessary.

Verify the thermostat microswitch corresponds with the zone associated. If not, activate it
using the tab with the value needed.
