2. Before using the appliance . Your new appliance is designed exclusively for domestic use. To ensure the best use of your appliance, carefully read the operating instructions which contain a description of the appliance and advice on storing and preserving food. Keep this handbook for future reference. 1. After unpacking the appliance, make sure it is not damaged and that the door closes properly. Any damage must be reported to the dealer within 24 hours of delivery of the appliance. 2.
3. Important safety instructions These warnings are provided in the interests of your safety. Ensure that you understand Them all before installing or using this appliance. Your safety is of paramount importance. If you are unsure about any of the meanings or these warnings contact the Customer Care Department. Maintenance and Cleaning Installation Switch off, and unplug the appliance before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance work. This appliance is heavy. Care should be taken when moving it.
4. HOW TO INSTALL ▶ Install the refrigerator in a convenient location away from extreme heat and cold. Allow sufficient clearance between the refrigerator and side wall so the door will open for a fully usable interior. This refrigerator is not designed for recessed installation. ▶ Select a place with a strong level floor. 5 inches ▶ Allow 5 inches of space between the refrigerator’s side and the wall.
5. Correctly positioning Protection from Heat The refrigerator should be kept far away from any heat source or direct sunshine. Fixing Stable The floor on which refrigerator will be placed must be flat and solid. It should not be laid on any soft material such as foam plastic, etc. If the refrigerator is not level, adjust the screws on the base. The refrigerator should not be placed near anything which may vibrate.
6. How to operate Starting your new Refrigerator 1. Clean the refrigerator thoroughly. Wipe the outside with a soft dry cloth, the inside with a damp cloth. 2. Keep the door open and insert the power supply cord into the socket. 3. Turn the thermostat dial to “7”. Close the door and let the refrigerator operate for 15-20 minutes. 7. What to do.... 1. When not operating for a long time: Remove the power supply cord. Dry your refrigerator opening the door for 2-3 days. 2. When you get ready to move: Securely fasten removable interior parts (or move and package them separately) Do not lay your refrigerator horizontally, or the compressor may be damaged. When you need service: Before you call make sure you need it, check a few things noted below for yourself.
8. Replacing bulbs When replacing the bulb, Unplug the appliance from the mains, proceed as follows: 1. Remove the water drip tray. 2. Hold the lamp cover and push toward inside of the cabinet. 3. Remove the lamp cover. 4. Unscrew the bulb and screw in the new bulb. 5. Hold the lamp cover and put the hook of the lamp cover to the thermostat box. 6. Pull the lamp cover to click onto the thermostat box. 7. Assemble the water tray.
9. Troubleshooting 1. When the refrigerator does not work Check if there is a power failure. Check if the power plug is plugged into the power outlet. Check that the fuse has not blown. 2. When the refrigerator is cooling excessively The temperature control dial may be set too high. If you place foodstuffs containing a lot of moisture directly under the cool air outlets, they will freeze easily. This does not indicate a malfunction. 3.
10.Changing the reversible door This refrigerator has been built with the door hinges on the right. If you wish to change the opening direction, follow the instructions below: 1. Remove the upper hinge cover(6) first 2. Remove the two screws (1) that hold the upper hinge (5) (right side) to the frame. Take away the upper hinge (5). 3.Lift the door and place it on a padded surface to prevent scratching it. 4. Remove the two screws(8) that hold the lower hinge(2) and remove it(2). 5.

12. Cautions Water contained in food or getting into air inside the refrigerator by opening doors may form a layer of frost inside, It will weaken the refrigerator when the frost is thick, while it is more than 2mm thick, you should defrost. Defrosting in the freezer chamber is operated manually.
