FAQ Q: My refrigerator is not cold enough? A: • Ensure the temperature is not set to low; • Ensure the refrigerator is not in direct sunlight or is close to a heat source such as a radiator. The refrigerator works at its best when the ambient temperature is between 16°C and 32°C; • Ensure there is sufficient space (at least 10cm’s) between the refrigerator and the wall behind.
