7. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
8. Loosen the tensioning pulley screw.
9. Turn the tensioning pulley to the right
until the pointer is at the left stop. Here,
the tab attached with a hexagon socket
screw must move clockwise downwards.
Use a hex key here.
10. Remove the timing belt.
11. Drain cooling water and remove the
tensioning pulley, idlers and the water
pump.
12. Change the idlers and the water pump.
Note:
When installing the water pump, make sure
that it is positioned correctly. The lug of the
water pump must be located in the recess
of the rear timing belt housing. (ig. 9)
