Specifications

> Loosen the nut of the tensioning
pulley (5.1/6.1).
> Using the hex key, turn the eccentric
(5.3/6.3) of the tensioning pulley counter-
clockwise, until the tensioning pulley can be
disconnected with the special tool (5.2).
> Socket wrench OE (T 10264)
> Locking pin OE (T 10265)
> Using the hex key, turn the tensioning pulley
clockwise (maximum load stop) (6.3).
> Tighten the nut of the tensioning pulley
slightly (5.1/6.1).
> Remove the timing belt from the idler first
and then from the sprockets.
