Problem:
Shortly after installation of the kit, noise comes from the
cold engine (belt not aligning).
Cause:
The timing belt rubs up against the inside lange of the
tensioner pulley, producing a squeaking sound.
Solution:
Before inally making the setting to the arrow marking, tension
and relax the tensioner pulley ive times. In addition, ensure that
the tensioning pulley is fully and properly seated.
