Using the keypad
1 Tap (
) on the Bluetooth phone screen.
2 After entering the phone number on the keypad, tap
(
) to make a call.
① Finds and connects other Bluetooth devices.
② Displays the option list.
Privacy mode: Activate the privacy lock mode
to protect the personal information.
When this mode is activated, data
downloaded from the phone is not displayed.
Device change: Finds and connects other
Bluetooth devices.
③ Changes the Bluetooth connection settings.
Answering a call
When a call is received, an incoming call
notification window will appear on the system
screen.
To answer the call, tap the accept.
Or press the ( ) button on the steering
wheel.
To reject the call, tap the reject.
Or press the ( ) button on the steering
wheel.
To reject by sending a reject message, tap the
message. Select the reject message to be
sent from the list, then tap the send.
To close the incoming call notification window and
hold the answer for a while, tap the hold.
To move back to the incoming call screen,
press the () button on the steering wheel.
Depending on the mobile phone model, the
reject a call or reply to message functions
may not be supported.
You can also set up to automatically reject
calls and send messages to the other party.

When a mobile phone is connected to the
system, a dialing tone may be output
through the speaker. To end the connection,
disconnect the Bluetooth connection from
the system or disable the Bluetooth function
of the mobile phone.
The privacy lock mode is activated by
tapping the privacy mode in the incoming
call notification window. When this mode is
activated, contact information is not
displayed on the screen. To cancel the
privacy lock mode, tap Menu ▶ Privacy
mode on the Bluetooth phone screen to
cancel the selection.
