Using a contact list
1 Tap () on the Bluetooth phone screen.
2 Select a contact to make a call from the list.
Finds and connects other Bluetooth devices.
Displays the option list.
Download: Downloads a contact list from the
connected phone.
Search: Searches for a contact by entering a
name or phone number.
Privacy mode: Activate the privacy lock mode
to protect the personal information.
When this mode is activated, data
downloaded from the phone is not displayed.
Device change: Finds and connects other
Bluetooth devices.
Searches for a contact by entering a name or phone
number.
Quickly finds a contact by selecting the index.
Only the contacts that can be displayed are
downloaded from the connected Bluetooth
device.
Contacts saved in some applications may not
be displayed.
Contacts are downloaded up to 5,000 per
device.
For some mobile phones, the download
function may not be supported.

Contacts saved on the mobile phone and SIM
card are downloaded at the same time.
However, for some mobile phones, contacts
saved on the SIM card may not be
downloaded.
If a speed dial number is set in the mobile
phones contacts, touch and hold the speed
dial number on the keypad to call the
specified number.
Depending on the mobile phone, the speed
dial function may not be supported.
If the download is not allowed on the mobile
phone, the contact list cannot be
downloaded; depending on the mobile
phone, the download may require approval
from the mobile phone when downloading.
If the download does not proceed normally,
check the screen status or settings of the
mobile phone.
Depending on the mobile phone model or
operating status, it may take a long time to
download contacts.
When the contact is newly downloaded, the
existing data is deleted.
Downloaded contacts cannot be edited or
deleted from the system.
If another mobile phone is newly connected,
contacts downloaded from the old phone
are not displayed on the screen, but are kept
in the system until the registered device is
deleted.
