5 If the Bluetooth device is a mobile phone, to
download contacts/messages from your mobile phone
to the system, allow access requests on the mobile
phone.
 The access authority is only required when
using the Bluetooth phone function, so it is
not necessary to allow it when connecting an
audio device.
 After allowing access from the mobile phone,
it may take some time for the Bluetooth
connection to complete. When the
Bluetooth connection is complete, the
Bluetooth connection status indicator icon
is displayed at the top of the screen.
 The settings for allowing access to data can
be changed using the Bluetooth setting
menu of the mobile phone. For more
information, refer to the user manual of the
mobile phone.
 Repeat steps 1-5, to register additional new
devices.
 While connecting and using a Bluetooth
device, other devices cannot be registered.
 To disable the Bluetooth auto-connect
function, deactivate the device’s Bluetooth
function.
Connecting a registered device
To use a Bluetooth device, a registered device must
be connected to the system. Only one Bluetooth
device can be connected.
1 Tap All menus ▶ Settings ▶ Device connections
▶ Bluetooth ▶ Bluetooth connections on the home
screen.

2 Tap the connection, to the right of the name of the
device to be connected.
 If another device is being connected to the
system, the existing device must first be
disconnected. Tap the disconnect to the
right of the connected device name.

② Connects with the device.
③ Disconnects the current connection.
④ Registers a new device.
⑤ Deletes the registered device.
All contacts and call lists downloaded to the system
are deleted.
 If the connected device is out of range or the
connection is abnormally ended due to a
device error, the connection is automatically
restored when the device comes back into
range or becomes normal.
 If a Bluetooth communication error occurs
and the connection becomes unstable, tap
All menus ▶ Settings ▶ Device
connections ▶ Bluetooth ▶ Bluetooth
initialization to initialize the Bluetooth
function, then connect again.
