4 Tap Android Auto on the home screen.
5 Use smartphone functions such as a call, message,
and navigation in the system.
Tap the icon on the screen to run the
application or function.
Press the () button on the steering wheel to
activate Google voice recognition.
Press the () button on the steering wheel to
activate Bluetooth phone.
Note
When playing music with the music player application
on a smartphone, music does not play directly through
the system even if the phone projection is connected.
To play music via the system, run an application on
the phone projection screen to play music, or press
and hold the [MEDIA] button and select the phone
projection function in the media selection window.
6 Disconnect the USB cable from the system to end
Android Auto.
Note
Phone projection settings cannot be changed
while phone projection is running. Disconnect
the USB cable to change the settings.
The screen icon is subject to change
according to Google’s policy.

with Android Auto are subject to change

supported functions.
Update the OS of the smartphone to be
connected to the latest version to use in an
optimized environment.
Depending on the connected device type,
firmware, and OS version, there may be a
difference in recognition time.
When using phone projection, communication
fees may apply.
Depending on the network signal condition,
some functions may not work smoothly.
Refrain from operating the smartphone while
phone projection is running.
While using Android Auto, the following
functions cannot be used.
- Bluetooth audio
- Blue Link phone
- Voice recognition function of the
infotainment system (Smartphone voice
recognition is available.)
- USB, iPod mode
- Search function using the [TUNE/FILE]
knob
- Apple CarPlay
