REAR WHEEL / REAR BRAKE / REAR CUSHION
INSPECTION
● Measure the rear cushion spring free length.
● Check the damper rod for deflection or damage.
SERVICE LIMIT: 185 MM
INSTALLATION
● Install the spring, stop rubber.
● Apply thread locking agent to the lock nut, and
install the rear cushion compressor attachment on
damper rod.
● Fix the upper metal, and tighten the lock nut.
TORQUE: 3.5 kgf

REAR CUSHION COMPRESSOR ATTACHMENT
INSTALLATION
● Install the rear cushion.
● Tighten the cushion upper metal with securing bolts.
TORQUE: UPPER SIDE 4.0 kgf

LOWER SIDE 4.0 kgf
·
m
● Install in the reverse order of removal.
