REAR WHEEL / REAR BRAKE / REAR CUSHION

INSTALLATION

● Assemble rear wheel by flange lock nut 16mm.

TORQUE : 1.2 kgf

● Install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE

•After installing the rear wheel, be sure to adjust the

brake lever free play.

REAR BRAKE

● Remove the rear wheel.

INSPECTION

● Measure the brake drum for inner diameter.

SERVICE LIMIT: 110.5MM

● Measure the brake lining for thickness.

SERVICE LIMIT: 2.0 MM
