TRANSMISSION/CRANKSHAFT/CRANKCASE
● Apply clean engine oil to the new bearing and insert
by pressure to crank case.
TOOL : DRIVER HANDLE, DRIVER OUTER
● Assemble the new final shaft oil seal.
● Assemble drive shaft to LH. Crank case.
● Assemble the new drive shaft oil seal.
TOOL : DRIVER HANDLE
● Assemble final shaft and counter shaft to crank case
mission cover.
● Assemble the new gasket and dowel pin.
● Install transmission cover by flange bolt.
- Rear wheel.
- Muffler
- Continuously variable transmission
- LH. crank case cover
● Loosen the oil check bolt, fill the transmission oil.
OIL CAPACITY : 0.12L
