VARIABLE POWER COOKING

There are eleven preset power levels. To change the power level, touch Power Level after entering the cooking

time. Using lower power levels increases the cooking time which is recornmended for foods such as cheese,

milk and long slow cooking of meats. Consult cookbook or recipes for specific recommendations.

, Suppose you want to cook for 5 minutes at 30% power:

I Enter cooking time, 5, 0, 0 2 Touch 30%. The top line of 3 The display will begin counting

by touching nurnhers, the display will show time down the cooking time. During

Touch Power Level. and chosen power level, the cooking, the power level

Press START pad. will appear in the display

The oven can he programmed for up to four automatic cooking sequences, switching from one power level

setting to another automatically. Sonqetimes cooking directions tell you to start on one power level and then

change to a different power level. Your oven can do this m_toruatically.

° Suppose you want to cook roast beef for 5 minutes at 70% power and then continue to cook for 30 minutes at

50% power:

I Enter cooking time, 5, 0, 0

by touching nurnbers.

Touch Power Level.

2 Touch 70%. You can ornit

this step when you set 100%

power.

3 Touch Multiple Sequence.

4 Touch second cooking

time 3, O, O,0. Touch

Power Level.

Touch 50%. Then press the

START pad.

The display will begin counting

down the total cooking time.

During the cooking, the power
