Installation Instructions 8. Find the gas regulator assembly shipped with the unit. Regulator adjustment knob 9. Make sure the regulator adjustment knob is turned all the way in the OFF direction. 10. Plug the end of the gas tubing leading to the wine dispensing system into the gas regulator assembly. 11. Remove the plastic cap from the top of the argon gas cylinder. 12. Insert the top of the gas cylinder into the bottom of the gas regulator assembly and turn it clockwise until it is snug.
