Checklist
WARNING
To ensure proper installation, the installer should complete this checklist. The owner shall
verify proper installation.
 Was the mounting platform installed as instructed?
 Was a properly grounded, dedicated, 3-prong outlet installed for the unit by a licensed
electrician?
 Was the drawer properly installed?
 Was proper function verified?
 Was the warranty activated online or the warranty card completed and mailed?
