Using the cooktop

Griddle

For best results, allow the griddle to preheat on HIGH for about 10 minutes before you

start cooking. Turn down to the desired cook setting.

1. Before using the griddle for the first

time, wash it in hot, soapy water. Rinse

it and allow it to dry thoroughly.

2. With all of the burners off and the

range cool to the touch, put the griddle

on the second place from the left,

which is its original place.

NOTE

The grease trap goes toward the front of the range. The grease trap can be separated by

grasping the handle and lifting it. You can empty the grease trap after it is cooled down.
