Wash florets, and put in microwave-safe bowl; add 1 tbsp
water/serving); cover while cooking; stir after.

Wash, cut into even slices, and put in microwave-safe bowl;
add 1 tbsp water/serving; cover while cooking; stir after.
Green beans
Wash beans; put beans in microwave-safe bowl; add 1 tbsp
water/serving); cover while cooking; stir after.
Spinach
Wash spinach; put spinach in microwave-safe bowl; add 1
tbsp water/serving; cover while cooking; stir after.
