Options
You can set options of appointment.
Tap Tools > Option. Then Option window appears.
Week view setting: set number of days consists a week. You
can select 5, 6, or 7 day week. If you select 5-day week,
only 5 days (from Monday to Friday) shows in weekly view
window. 6-day week shows from Monday to Saturday.
Half hour slot setting: show half hour slots in Day view window.
Reminder Time setting: enable remind and set remind time.
Select remind time unit (minute(s), hour(s), day(s), a
week(s)) and set remind time. Set value maintains even
when creating new appointment.
Show Icon: set icon to display in calendar. Tap icon to display.
Reminder Sound setting: select sound for remind. At reminder
time, DOT 320 alarm user using alarm sound and dialog
box in tray. Reminder sound is in
My Computer/Windows.
