Taskbar
The Taskbar shows the status of input method, battery and network
connection, and running programs.
You can change the properties of the Taskbar by clicking Start menu
> Settings > Taskbar and Start menu.
The “Always on top”, “Automatically hide”, “Show the clock”
menu can be used by choosing a check box of the desired options.
The following describes the icons on the Taskbar:
Quick Link
:
Tap the Quick Link icon in the Taskbar, then the Program link menu
appears. You can quickly launch frequently used programs by using
Quick Link. This menu consists of Screen Rotation, IR Send_Receive ,
Contrast Control, Backlight Control, and Task Manager.
Screen Rotation: Changes the display direction. Using Screen
Rotation, you can view DOT 400 display vertically or horizontally.
To rotate the display:
1. Tap Quick Link and select Screen Rotation.
2. Run an application. You can use the rotation feature with My
Computer, Media Player, My Document, Internet Explorer,
Microsoft WordPad, Image Viewer, and PIMs.
1. When you rotate the display, an application may not fit in the screen
in some cases..
