Main Window
When you turn on DOT 400, you will first see the Windows CE.NET
main window, which looks like Windows XP. This main window
consists of the desktop and taskbar.
In the desktop, you can see the shortcut icons of Microsoft Windows
CE. NET’s main programs. The descriptions of the icons are as
follows:
My Computer: Shows the inner structure of your DOT 400.
You can see folders and files in your DOT 400.
Recycle Bin: Deletes completely or restores deleted files and data
This folder stores the files you have deleted from Windows Explorer
or the desktop. You can completely delete or restore files and data in
the Recycle Bin.
Be aware you cannot restore files and data in the Recycle Bin after
emptying the Recycle Bin
Internet Explorer: Browses the Web or Intranet Microsoft Internet
Explorer. Internet Explorer helps you browse the Internet or a
corporate intranet. DOT 400 uses Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0
sample browser.
Media Player: Plays the digital audio and video files.
Using Microsoft Windows Media Player, you can enjoy digital
audio/video files. Media player support the files in the following
formats: ASF, WMA, MP3, WAV, etc. For more information about
