1. Click Options and then click the Rules tab.
2. Under Conflict Resolution, select the setting you want.
The items that cannot be synchronized without your assistance are
marked as unresolved items in ActiveSync and on your mobile device.
1. Connect your DOT 400 to your desktop PC and perform
synchronization.
2. If you have unresolved items, click Resolve items in the Tools menu.
Follow the screen instructions. Dialog boxes will appear to resolve
problems depending on the cause of synchronization failure.
