Synchronization with the PC
The USB sync cable or the USB cable of the
docking cradle may not be connected or may
be incorrectly connected to the desktop PC.
Check if DOT 400 is inserted in the docking
cradle correctly.
The options of the ActiveSync may not be set
up correctly. Check the settings. For details,
refer to the Help of the Desktop ActiveSync.
Cannot

PC
Check the communication mode setting of the
Desktop ActiveSync.
Check if the Microsoft Outlook is running
properly on the desktop PC.
Since it may take some time for
synchronization due to the characteristics of
the Windows CE.NET, wait until
synchronization is complete after connecting
DOT 400 to the desktop PC.
If connection fails despite continued
attempts, remove DOT 400 from the docking
cradle, wait for a while, and insert DOT 400
again in the docking cradle. Wait for
synchronization.
If synchronization still fails, software reset
DOT 400 and try the above procedure again.
Reboot the desktop PC, software or hardware
reset DOT 400, and try the above procedure
again.
