Starting Transcriber Program
Start Transcriber by double taping Transcriber icon in the Main
windows. When Transcriber is running, you will see the 'hand
with a pen' icon in the task bar. When Microsoft Transcriber is
active, the 'hand with a pen' icon will have a dark background.

Selecting Text
When Microsoft Transcriber is active it interprets pen movement
across the screen as handwriting input. There are two methods
of selecting text:
1. Double-tap the desired text. This will temporarily suspend
Microsoft Transcriber ink so you can perform actions such as
dragging windows, icons, scrollbars, etc.
Note: some applications may open a context menu if you
wait even longer.
For Selecting a phrase, triple-tap the desired text or phrase.
You can select the phrase.
2. Alternatively, you can make a selection (text, menu items,
etc.) or drag (icon, scrollbars, etc.) by drawing a line across
the selection and holding the pen still for a second at the
end. The ink will disappear and the desired block becomes
highlighted, or the dragged object will move to the pen tip
location.
Editing Text with Transcriber
Transcriber provides convenient gestures for text editing. They
allow you to remove, capitalize, and perform cut/copy/paste
operations with just a stroke of the pen.
Enter: Equivalent to pressing "Enter" on the keyboard.
Make sure that the horizontal part of the gesture is at
least two times longer than the vertical part.
