AP Discovery – L3 Discovery
 If the AP and switch are in a L3 environment, the switch can discover the
APs with their IP addresses.
 The switch and AP must be able to ping each other.
 Switch sends UDP message to AP.
 AP initiates an SSL TCP connection to the switch.
