Why is my PC-on-TV device able to project, but unable to connect to the Internet?
The connection between your PC-on-TV media player and your computer may not be configurd properly.
Please perform the following steps:
1. A wireless connection to the PC-on-TV device is established.
2. An Ethernet network cable is connected either to the PC-on-TV device or your computer.
3. The PC-on-TV device application is launched.
If your still unable to connect:
1. Check the bullet items listed above again.
2. Stop projecting from within the application, and then project again.
If the Internet connection still does not work, close the PC-on-TV device application and restart it.
What network settings do I need to connect to the PC-on-TV device?
The following changes must be made on the computer to ensure proper operation of the PC-on-TV device
application:
1. Under WLAN network properties, enable DHCP.
2. Eliminate all proxy server settings manually. (The PC-on-TV device application does not manage or use proxy
settings.) Start Internet Explorer, open Tools > Internet Options > Connections tab. In the Local Area Network
(LAN) Settings, the Automatic Configuration setting should be set to Automatic and the Proxy Server should
be turned off (unselected).
